Responsibilities:

• Help Critical Customer Care Team administratively
• As a dispatcher for complaint ticket
• Do updating VIP Complaint email
• Do compile attendance and absence data
• Tandem and training scheduling for new joiner
• Performing routine administrative tasks including dealing with incoming Ad Hoc request
• Assisting the specialist when they needed

Requirements:

• Accustomed to using Microsoft Excel
• Have good correspondence writing (English or Bahasa)
• Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers need
• Must be able to do multitask
• Willing to work in shift, weekend, and public holiday
• Excellent communication skills
• Good in English Language and Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Pleasant personality with positive attitude and self-motivated
• Detail oriented and can work under lots of pressure
