Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handle quality check in and process for operator in Operations Function, provide feedback and solution to help improve the process and performance of operator in Operations Function.
- Become knowledge holder of selected end to end processes
- Execute quality checks and process controls on regular basis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on Quality Assurance activities and audit results
- Provide clear and timely feedback to the officers and address all identified issues with relevant supervisor by Quality Report
- Inform and proactive follow up high risk mistake to team leader
- Proactive raise up trend issue in operational, inform to floor and implement the solution
- Make a list of their mistake report, improvement plan, recommendation for the mistakes.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- University degree, preferred in Business, Communication or Engineering
- Minimum one year working in Quality Assurance / Call Center Operation / Internal audit or similar function.
- Previous experience working for retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared service
- Minimum 6 months required departments needed by QA
- Having a good Quality assurance informations or audit knowledge
- Excellent Communication Skill.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
