Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Set the vision and direction for company's brand strategy including positioning, messaging, and architecture.
- Blend online and offline strategies to create a holistic experience of the brand.
- Drive high impact campaigns (both corporate and marketing promotion) and showcase campaign effectiveness based on clear progress metrics by collaborating with digital, product, loyalty, commercial business, and other related departments.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, public relations, community, HR, employer branding and communications, external affairs, commercial business, and other departments both in the local and regional offices to build the brand internally and externally.
- Provide direction and recommendations to creative team, copywriters, and/or agencies to ensure all key assets across all communication channels are alligned with our brand strategy.
- Work with insights team or research agency to conduct brand research and further strengthen our positioning in the market.
- Manage and lead team, fostering growth and development.
- Stay current on key marketing trends, best practices
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree preferably from Marketing, Advertising and Communications major
- Experience in a management position at least 3 years
- At least 5 years of experience in Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in working with Marketing, Advertising, Creative agencies
- Proven track record of creating content and managing communicaiton in an organization
- Experience in public speaking and publishing online
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media landscape and current trends in digital/social media
- Experience with managing complex projects
