Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for providing of reporting and analytical support for CRM Department
- Provide calculation of Operator Bonus or Incentive.
- Provide tools for Telesales to monitor and control Product and Salesforce.
- Collaborative work with Campaign Management Team & Lifecycle Management.
- Manage Database Structure, Report & Presentation format Standardization.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Technology or related computer study.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related position is required for this position; in Data Analytics, Data Scientist in Banking/Financial sector.
- Strong hands on experience in SQL language & MS Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Analytical Thinking.
- Self-motivated.
- Team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
