Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare and manage campaign data for daily, weekly and monthly execution.
- Assist in campaign planning by performing what-if scenarios aimed at quantifying campaign impacts; recommend strategic direction to ensure that campaign will reach the desired target market.
- Establish a weekly forecasting process to ensure forecasts are up to date with any changes to existing campaigns.
- Monitor daily trends in campaign performance and proactively address underlying causes of trends to improve future campaign.
- Create, Manage and Improve Campaign Process by, but not limited to, developing an Automated Tools.
- Analyze offer and segmentation strategy to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify reporting needs/updates and document detailed requirements and/or cooperate with IT Department to build out new reports.
- Investigate and provide adhoc analysis for customer behavior to ensure the campaign is effective and efficient.
- Building modules to predict customer behaviors
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree majoring in Mathematics or Statistics are preferable
- 3+ years’ experience in Data Analytic, Data Scientist in IT/Banking/Financial sector
- Experience in SQL and Excel.
- Knowledge in data mining, business intelligent, analysis tools
- Fluent in English
- Strong math and statistics background
- Great presentation skill
- Analytical Thinking
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence other person
- Team player
