Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensure training curriculum are implemented as per expectation.
- Review Trainers to ensure their knowledge is updated, especially if there are new product, process, promos, and information. Do some ad hoc test or pop quiz also necessary on regular basis.
- Give regular feedback to Trainers to improve them and also ensure they are prepared to deliver any training materials.Attend meeting to discuss training needs.
- Provide analysis related to interview report, new joiner report, voice clinic report, operator tune up report, mentoring report, and other reports.
- Become representative in meeting with other team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor degree any major.
- Excellence in communication skill and fluent in English.
- Experience in training area for 3 years, preferably in similar industry.
- Having exposure to handle thousands trainees in nationwide.
- Having strong leadership skill and people management.
- Experience in developing module training.
- Willing to do business trip, if needed.
- Able to develop strategy and focused on deadline.
