Trying to attract the perfect talent into your company is not that easy. You always have to put your best foot forward (and a little pixie dust won't hurt as well). And to do that, you've got to start by creating and advertising a very attractive job post that every candidate would want apply to.
Your job ad is your first impression to getting top talents, much like how a resume is your first impression on them. If it's dull, lacks information, and kind of generic, expect that you'd also receive applications like that.
So, if you want to hire the best for your team, then your job post—job title all the way to the company description and branding—must be as enticing as the benefits your company gives.
This video from Gregg's Classroom tells you just how to compose a great job post that will surely get those top talents' applications come rushing into your inbox.
