Like most jobs and careers, the world of recruitment can be an exciting one. You get to meet very diverse people on a day to day basis, work with colleagues who are experts on their fields, and the best part, giving people jobs!
But like many great jobs, it can also cause headaches and disappointments (and potentially a few heartbreaks for losing that one great candidate) from time to time.
