The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is the government agency tasked to manage and supervise technical education and skills development in the Philippines. It envisions itself as a dynamic partner in the sustained excellence of the Filipino workforce. The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines is the sole body tasked to facilitate and coordinate the country’s PPP program. Part of its task is to manage a revolving fund called the Project Development and Monitoring Facility.
