When we get interviewed for a job, we easily image ourselves being on the receiving end. It's like taking an exam: we prepare for it, making sure we've got the right answers to the questions in order to pass. But it shouldn't be the case all the time, not in a job interview that is. Remember, the interview is not only for the company to get to know you, but for you to get to know them as well. This is also the opportunity for you, the applicant, to use this to your own advantage and get a clearer picture of what your job will be like if you ever get hired, and decide to work for them.
