1. Data entry and bookkeeping
2. Prepares Statement of Account if needed
3. Validation and Preparation of Accounts Receivables (monthly)
4. Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing of documents
5. Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions
6. Protects company’s values by keeping information's confidential
