Job Description

Duties and Functions:

Examines and analyzes eSRE and other financial reports of LGUs.
Determines trends and patterns of LGU financial status and recommends measures to address gaps.
Assists in monitoring and coordinating the collection, analysis and consolidation of local financial data at the regional level.
Assists in the preparation of guidelines/mechanisms to institute a unified system of financial statistical services.
Applies methodologies and approaches in forecasting revenues, expenditures and borrowings of LGUs within the region..
Assists in monitoring and coordinating the statistical activities of the Bureau and its Regional Offices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualification Standards:

    Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job preferably in Economics, Accounting and Statistics
    Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
    Training: 8 hours of relevant training
    Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility
    Skills: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in statistical tools & techniques is an advantage
