Duties and Functions:
Act as custodian for all monies deposited with the Regional Office.
Responsible for the maintenance of bank depository accounts of the Regional Office.
Effect payments for expenditures and obligations of the Regional Office.
Replenish revolving petty cash fund.
Prepare cash flow statement , monthly report of checks issued and other reports on disbursements.
Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications

Qualification Standards:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
· Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
· Training: 4 hours of relevant training
· Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility
· Skill: Proficient in MS Office
