Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conduct fact-finding/preliminary investigations on administrative complaints filed against local treasury officials and personnel of the Bureau and submit Report of Investigation thereon within the prescribed period
- Review/evaluate report of investigation and resolutions submitted by the Regional Offices and recommend the filing of formal charges, if findings warrant.
- Act as hearing officer on administrative cases referred to BLGF Central Office
- Evaluate dockets/records administrative cases involving local treasury official and prepare decision thereon
- Evaluate motion for reconsideration from decisions rendered in administrative cases
- Prepare related communication in connection with pending administrative cases
- Prepare related communications on administrative complaints
- Perform related legal research work
Minimum Qualifications

Qualification Standards:
Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job preferably in Law
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the conduct of preliminary investigation, drafting of reports, resolutions/decisions and opinions on administrative complaints/cases
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
