The Transfer Agency Associate processes UITF subscription and redemption orders and assists the Transfer Agency Manager as required

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

<ul>
	<li>Handles subscription and redemption orders for UITF</li>
	<li>Performs trade confirmation with counterparties</li>
	<li>Maintains daily log sheet of trades and checks trade blotters</li>
	<li>Monitors accurate and timely settlement of all transactions</li>
	<li>Prepares accounting entries for daily transactions</li>
	<li>Uploads trade blotters on the trust system</li>
	<li>Prepares and dispatches Confirmation of Participation/Redemption for UITF investors</li>
	<li>Responsible in safekeeping of UITF Subscription and Redemption order documents</li>
	<li>Complies with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness</li>
	<li>Coordinates with the third-party service provider for UITF registry functions and reporting</li>
	<li>Prepares instructions to custodian/s, merchant partner banks, fund providers, and other channels as required for funding and settlement of UITF transactions</li>

	<li>Oversees preparation of business activity reports and annual budgets related to Project Accounting Operations.</li>
	<li>Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.</li>
	<li>Prepares ad hoc reporting requirements as needed by management from time to time.</li>
	<li>Plans, assigns, and reviews tasks of accounting personnel.</li>
	<li>Conducts weekly meetings for the status of accounts, a reiteration of roles and responsibilities, and company policies and other related matters.</li>
	<li>Reviews reconciliation of charges related to association dues, parking dues, special assessments, utilities, and other related charges</li>
	<li>Coordinate with various CAIs and HOAs for reconciliation of association dues, including negotiation on settlement of outstanding dues and incurred interests and penalties</li>
	<li>Monitors status of endorsement, approval, and release of checks for payment of association dues.</li>
	<li>Reviews and monitor MR balances of CAIs and HOAs</li>
	<li>Review and approval of JV Entry and adjustments on charges to CAIs and buyers</li>
