	<li>Maintain a filing system for data on client and external partners</li>
	<li>Procurement of office and salon supplies</li>
	<li>Submit and reconcile salon PCF and office supplies expense reports to Accounting Department</li>
	<li>Fulfills operational needs by allocating and scheduling administrative tasks and expediting work results.</li>
	<li>Liaise with building management and suppliers to address maintenance issues, repairs, and facility upgrades.</li>
	<li>Managing office duties such creating reports and presentations.</li>
	<li>Maintain equipment inventories and monitor the salon tools and office equipment.</li>
	<li>Track supplies inventory by determining inventory levels, estimating supply needs, expedite placing and completing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.</li>
	<li>Responsible for organizing package pickup in Customs and overseeing the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) permit application procedure.</li>
	<li>Oversee the closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems in the salon.</li>
	<li>Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot salon systems, such as client reservation management and internet connectivity, to support salon operations.</li>
