Description of the Position

The Digital Solutions Manager - Agency Sales establishes and maintains client relationships with his/her key accounts to generate revenue and/or sustain revenue and profit growth.

 

Responsibilities

The Digital Solutions Manager - Agency Sales will be responsible for the following:

<ul>
	<li>Acquiring new clients and offering solutions best suited to their digital marketing needs. You are expected to master the sales process, from outreach and meetings to presentations, proposal-making, negotiation, winning, and account management.</li>
	<li>Identifying sales opportunities across all digital channels and within the industry to offer to clients.</li>
	<li>Building relationships: Continuously engage with our clients, listen to their needs and feedback, and maintain close communication with them to sustain or gain revenue growth from existing clients.</li>
	<li>Cross-functional relationships: Work collaboratively with our product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to ensure that merchants have the best possible experience.</li>
	<li>Being able to analyze data with the help of our Business Operations team to create an effective digital marketing plan and reports.</li>
</ul>

 

Working Conditions

	<li>Work set-up: Hybrid work set-up</li>
	<li>Office address: Unit 804, 8/F BDO Equitable Tower, 8751 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City</li>
	<li>Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM</li>

	<li>Recommend solutions to clients in order to achieve their financial objectives (medium to long term investments, protection, education funding, retirement funding, estate planning, etc)</li>
	<li>Guide existing clients in making wise financial decisions across different life stages.</li>
	<li>Develop business by acquiring and building individual and corporate clienteles</li>
	<li>Manage, develop, and train a group of financial consultants.</li>
	<li>Work-from-home setup</li>
