Job Purpose:

To process machinery and maintenance related request/tickets and update PMS/AMOS per procedure.
To act as assistant to MSA Manager and lead Maintenance assistant.
To build PMS/AMOS database for new building based in final references and company standards.
To conduct onboard spare parts inventory and update AMOS accordingly.
To maintain HLFM certificates, technical drawings and documentations archive.

Document Management

To maintain library of all vessel certificates, drawings, manuals and other required records within the official HLFM document archive.
To handle all incoming cases from email and keep inbox tidy and up to date.
To function as super user for the HLFM document archive and further develop archive.
To collect drawings and instruction manuals from newbuilding and support stage and keep control of revisions available for Maintenance Support team.
To provide support to HSSEQ department when needed in the Safety Management System.
Process all assigned MIS tickets related to Maintenance and Technical documentations.
