	<li>Designs and estimates the cost of mechanical systems for fit-out projects: (MEPFS, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing), (Dialux, voltage drop and short circuit calculation), (CCTV, structured cabling, FDAS, Fire Alarm and Access Conrol)</li>
	<li>Attends meetings with client and local suppliers. Evaluate quotations technically and provides technical feedback.</li>
	<li>Inspects the sites to evaluate existing conditions of Mechanical installation and/or to estimate the amount of work to execute new engineering systems</li>
	<li>Inspects the sites whenever it is required to solve issues, or to support site implementation team.</li>
