As an integral member of our team, the Legal Assistant will play a vital role in delivering essential legal support on a day-to-day basis. The key responsibilities for this position include:

Assisting in the preparation, review and execution of various contracts, correspondences, notices and other documents submitted for legal review.
Effectively evaluating incoming documents and facilitating the review of contracts based on predetermined standards or requirements.
Maintaining a systematic recordkeeping process to track the status of contracts and facilitate easy retrieval of records.
Initiating regular follow-up of contracts and preparing document status reports to closely monitor the progress of pending contracts, derive meaningful insights and make recommendations that are relevant to the contracting process.
Diligently monitoring pending feedback or requested actions from other departments, thereby facilitating the timely completion of work and tasks.
Preparing comprehensive training and presentation materials tailored to the specific needs of the legal team, ensuring accuracy and clarity of content.
Conducting engaging and informative training sessions to effectively communicate legal concepts, processes, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Collaboratively driving internal and cross-departmental process improvement initiatives with a clear objective of optimizing the delivery of legal services.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the company’s legal policies and procedures, regularly assessing adherence and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensuring smooth and efficient management of administrative tasks.
Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles related to the Company’s various businesses, and obtaining pertinent information from government agencies or organizations, as needed.
Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time to support the overall objectives of the legal team.
