Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and resourceful individual to join our team as our Marketing Specialist.

As a Marketing Specialist with a focus on client acquisition in a digital marketing agency, primary responsibility is to identify and attract potential clients to work with the agency, will be the brand ambassador and face of the agency, responsible for building relationships, showcasing the agency's expertise, and creating appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting

Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients who can benefit from the agency's digital marketing services. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, networking events, social media, and content marketing to attract prospects.
Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers. Craft personalized outreach messages and initial presentations to showcase the agency's services, value proposition, and industry expertise.

Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through various channels, such as email, phone calls, social media, or in-person meetings. Establish trust and credibility by understanding their needs, providing relevant information, and addressing their concerns.
Engage in effective communication with prospective clients to understand their challenges, goals, and requirements. Offer consultation and guidance on how your products or services can meet their needs and provide value.

Networking

Serve as the brand ambassador and spokesperson for the agency, representing its values, expertise, and unique selling points. Attend industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to showcase the agency's thought leadership and build brand visibility.
Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, acting as the primary point of contact for client acquisition. Build trust, credibility, and rapport by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Leverage strong communication skills to articulate the agency's solutions and how they align with client needs.
Follow up with prospective clients after initial contact or proposal submission. Maintain regular communication to provide additional information, answer questions, address objections, and guide them through the decision-making process.

Content Creation

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to digital marketing. Continuously gather market intelligence and insights to inform client acquisition strategies and refine the agency's positioning.
Written content / video content (must be comfortable being on video) / etc.

Reporting

Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition. Provide regular updates to the management team regarding pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and client acquisition goals.
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their marketing goals, pain points, and budget constraints. Recommend tailored digital marketing strategies and solutions that address their specific needs and demonstrate the value the agency can deliver. Endorse consultations to team/sales/closer.
