Position Summary:

Responsible for executing the various programs and activities of the RSM (Reputation and Stakeholder Management) Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Engages and builds mutually beneficial relationships with identified community stakeholders Initiate activities that build, protect and recover (when damaged) Thermal BU and consequently AboitizPower’s reputation.</li>
	<li>Provide on-site support and guidance to local teams in the development of their stakeholder engagement plans, strategies and available systems.</li>
	<li>Ensure that local grievances and concerns coming from various stakeholders are properly collated, monitored and addressed immediately.</li>
	<li>Execute programs/initiatives identified by the RSM team to improve stakeholder management in the organization.</li>
	<li>Supports in handling relationships from internal and external stakeholders through administrative coordination.</li>
	<li>Locally spearhead the research and identification of CSR and direct initiative projects responsive to the strategies, directions and qualifications of the organization and Aboitiz Foundation.</li>
	<li>Prepare the project proposals and documentation required to execute CSR projects.</li>
	<li>Execute CSR projects and complete all documentary requirements for its project closure.</li>
	<li>Monitor effectiveness of previously approved CSR programs and inject interventions when appropriate.</li>
	<li>Acts as an intermediary between DOE and LGUs in relation to the utilization of ER 1-94 funding.</li>
	<li>Monitor and audit execution of LGU projects utilizing the ER 1-94 funding.</li>

	<li>Execute branding initiatives designed to improve awareness and compliance in the organization.</li>

Reputation and Stakeholder Management Specialist | Maco, Davao de Oro

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the full achievement of the unit’s departmental and corporate objectives through implementation of effective material acquisition and preservation supported by precise and reliable records to ensure accuracy of product inventory levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving Process

<ul>
	<li>Checks the correct quantity and type of items delivered by the supplier before item receiving.</li>
	<li>Receives the delivered items in the system (Maximo) and prepares the necessary documents to be submitted to AP for payment processing.</li>
	<li>Helps in allocating storage space for inventory items.</li>
	<li>Moves items into designated location and helps in maintaining the orderliness of items inside the warehouse.</li>
</ul>

Issuance Process

<ul>
	<li>Receives item issuance request from other departments.</li>
	<li>Prepares inventory items for issuance to the end-user.</li>
	<li>Makes sure that approved requests are submitted prior to withdrawal of the item.</li>
	<li>Logistics Process</li>
	<li>Handles processing, documenting and tracking of all incoming and/or outgoing shipments of materials and ensures safe and on-time delivery.</li>
	<li>Prepares request for payment for all material shipment expenses and monitors payment.</li>
</ul>

Item Monitoring

<ul>
	<li>Monitors inventory and helps in identifying and addressing stock shortage or stock obsolescence.</li>
	<li>Drafts and submits daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Warehouse Supervisor as determined as a tool for monitoring day-to-day warehouse transactions.</li>
</ul>

Inventory and Warehouse Management Specialist | Project based | Maco, Davao de Oro

Position Summary: 

<ul>
	<li>Accountable for building meaningful relationships with Facility Heads in developing initiatives and programs for the site.</li>
	<li>Responsible for the Day-to-Day Operational HR transactions, strengthening Employer-Employee Relations and implementation of Organizational Culture initiatives and Systems.</li>
	<li>Ensures that strategic directions are executed on the site level.</li>
</ul>

Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Coordinates and collaborates with Strategic HR Pillar Manager the strategies to ensure alignment of all pillar initiatives and programs</li>
	<li>Forges strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (i.e. DOLE, NLRC, NCMB, etc.) and ensures representation whenever relevant</li>
	<li>Ensures all employee documents (pre-employment, engagement requirements) are complied with for proper file management</li>
	<li>Oversees the on-boarding and off-boarding process to ensure a delightful employee experience</li>
	<li>Monitors and implements plans and programs (i.e. Learning and Growth) necessary to develop competencies for the facility</li>
	<li>Ensures implementation of Talent Management Program </li>
	<li>Oversees implementation of Culture Activation Programs and Employee Engagement Activities</li>
	<li>Ensureseffective implementation and administration of Performance Management Systems</li>
	<li>Ensures the relevant employee engagement program is in place (ie. Team Building, Sports Fest, Family Day etc)</li>
	<li>Develops and plans programs that will intensify Labor &amp; Management Relations and ensures compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations (i.e. Labor Standards)</li>
	<li>Ensures that Policies and Procedures are established and adhered to consistently and fairly across the facility and aligned with AP directives</li>

	<li>Coordinates and collaborates with Strategic HR Pillar Manager the consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of Attraction, Optimization and Retention metrics and BU-wide surveys and implement agreed plans</li>
	<li>Develops and implements together with the Strategic HR Pillar Manager individual development plans of Critical Position Holders and Successors including the monitoring of their progress</li>
	<li>Oversees implementation of Culture Activation Programs</li>
	<li>Participates in review of HR Systems for process improvements </li>
