What you will do:

	<li>Develop a deep understanding of the StoreHub platform to help customers troubleshoot and navigate through processes and bugs by phone, email and chat</li>
	<li>Be the first point of contact for all incoming tickets and distribute to the related teams</li>
	<li>Drive a successful customer experience by assisting those at varying skill levels to get the best use of the product</li>
	<li>Advise customers on the status of hardware deliveries, installations or bug fixes</li>
	<li>Learn to follow and maintain a streamlined bug filing process</li>
	<li>Take ownership of anything from small technical issues to escalated software bugs and solve for the customer from beginning to end</li>
	<li>Support the Beep Delivery Team to handle Customer Merchant inquiries when required</li>

In the Billings Executive role, you will be responsible for receiving and sorting incoming payments. You will ensure the hygiene of the accounts in terms of billing, plan type, and invoices. You will also audit the overdue charges &amp; changes/activation on plans.

What you will do:

	<li>Revenue monitoring and managing account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.</li>
	<li>Handle account queries from our merchants.</li>
	<li>Ensure that billing sent to our merchants is accurate and done in a timely manner.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with Account Managers in regard to account information matters.</li>
	<li>Follow and adhere to all practices that cover internal processes including, but not limited to, Opportunity Management, Data Quality and accuracy, Quotations, and Forecasting.</li>
