Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work with various teams to define the strategy to grow Zenius’s OMO business, including resource allocation, feature set requirements, and go-to-market strategy, and process improvement
- Leading strategic projects and performing analyses to drive major decisions for the business
- Identifying and implementing initiatives that move company OKRs; partnering with cross-functional teams
- Create sustainable process improvements which drive year-over-year progress
- Performance measurement & reporting
- Use data to build insights about business performance
- Accountability for all metrics including top line revenue collection, cost efficiency & customer experience
- Work with finance on establishing targets, including annual budget & monthly forecasts
- Establish ongoing competitive / industry assessments to identify product / experience gaps
- Work with product and tech teams to drive innovation aimed at improving customer experience
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, product management, and/ or digital transformation projects
- 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or at a high-growth technology firm;
- Experience building or deploying content management systems and/or workflow or project management tools
- Ability to partner with cross-functional business partners, engineering teams and senior management, to identify and define short term and long term solutions to operational challenges
- Ability to synthesize large amount of information and data to create a clear story digestible to different types of audience - business, engineering, executives etc
- Excellent business sense, project management skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
