Logistics Supervisor  

1. Leadership and management skills: A logistic supervisor should have experience in managing and leading a team of logistics staff, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

2. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Logistics supervisors need to be able to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions to ensure efficient logistics operations.

3. Attention to detail: Logistics operations involve managing a large volume of data, including inventory levels, shipping schedules, and transportation routes. A logistic supervisor should have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

4. Customer service skills: Logistics supervisors must be able to communicate effectively with customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

5. Time management and organizational skills: Logistics supervisors must be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively, and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Atleast 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Knowledgeable and with experience with logistics software, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems.
• Have a good understanding of the industry they work in, including knowledge of regulations, customs, and best practices.
