- Prepare and secure business licenses and other government documents (e.g. Mayor's permit, BIR, CENRO, etc.)
- Prepare and secure documents for customers and suppliers' accreditation
- Coordinate with subsidiaries on their documentation requirements (government forms, documents, etc.)
- Systematic filing and organization of each subsidiaries documents
- Business correspondence writing
- Perform other management mandated duties
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or any related course
- At least 1 year experience as an Admin. Assistant
- Detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skill
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
