Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and grow the brand’s transactional sites such as dyson.com.ph, Lazada, Zalora, Shopee, ShopSM, and future marketplaces
- Handle marketing related activities and promotions of the brand in the webstore and all marketplaces
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram with consistent social listening in platforms such as YouTube, Tiktok, Twitter, Twitch, and the like
- Create a weekly social media content calendar.
- Create and plan digital marketing strategies for product launch/ campaigns, brand awareness, events, and promotions for online with consideration of online to offline push
- Create a weekly social media content calendar and keep track of project flow, schedule, and deadline.
- Handle and manage the email marketing platform.
- Measure web stores and social media KPIs (followers, reach, page insights, visits, etc) as well as ROIs and ad performance for paid ads.
- Competitive scan for social media performance of competing brands, social media trends, etc.
- Promptly supports customer inquiries via chat and comments, and uses canned responses according to brand guidelines as a guide.
- Conceptualize and implement an email marketing campaign.
- Monitor and track digital marketing budget.
- Consistently support the Ecommerce Team in campaigns
- Align with regional marketing for seasonal campaigns and strategies while staying in touch with the local consumer
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline that understands the online landscape.
- At least 3-4 years experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in handling premium brands is a huge advantage.
- Familiar with best practices for online marketing promotion and up-to-speed with the latest trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced know-how of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and basic video editing
- With a strong inclination to build a career in digital marketing
- Excellent writing, story-telling, communication, and presentation skills
- Independent, collaborative, ability to multi-task, and can work in a fast-paced environment
- E-commerce background is an advantage
