Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Purpose

The Human Resources Clerk will perform administrative tasks and services to support effectively and efficiently the operations of the Human Resources Department.

  1. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintains both hard and digital copies of employee records.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and outsourced providers/workers.
  • Checking Billing - Out Sourced Partners, endorsement to Heads
  • Provide access pass for Clients
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and outsourced providers/workers.
  • Filing and updating of documents
  • Attend to Monthly Meeting and Special Meetings
  • Prepare minutes of the meeting
  • Coordination of concerns to Labor Relations Out Sourced Coordinators
  • Conducts or assists with onboarding and orientation of workers.
  • Helps in checking and processing payment for billings of outsourced providers/vendors.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head

Kualifikasi Minimum

A. Minimum Education

  • At least an Associate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or any related field.


B. Minimum Experience/Training

  • Work experience as an HR Clerk or similar junior role in HR.

    C. Competency
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information / situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to multi-task with competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be proactive and has “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and compensation).
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Approachable attitude and can work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional manner.
