- Determines the solution/s portfolio to respond to the customer requirement/s
- Develops and promote product and solution in alignment to the organizational and principal objective
- Review and recommend the project requirements in close coordination with internal solutions team and external support group
- Liaise the company to the partners, as the official representative of the organization
- Identify, understand, negotiate and provide business requirements with various groups
- Develop and manage the direct relationship with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the business solution is aligned with the end result
- Works with the team to manage project budget and provide proper negotiation details to achieve the target cost
- Provides in-depth business strategy and to identify gap between competitors
- Execute a Go-to-Market plans and strategies to create traction and awareness
- Plans and develop training modules to align to the portfolio direction
- Works closely with the technical leads to align with the daily task requirements
- Maintains technical and professional knowledge on the assigned portfolio
- Monitor and track opportunities on a daily basis and must be on the top of the projects and its progress
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills to cross groups
- Provides report to the upper management based on the details required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant field
- Experienced in product management, project management and relevant supervisory and managerial level skills
- People management, product management, solutions management, competitive analysis and understanding customer requirement skills
- Required communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and relationship on cross level groups
