Training Specialist  

• We are looking for talented Training Specialist to join our amazing Mobile Account at Transcosmos McKinley Hill Manila!

• Successful candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day Training & Development and Coordination of Managed Service training and on-going development!

• As a Training Specialist you are responsible to deliver a face to face and/or remote training.
• Manage and maintain all service agents’ progression with on-going service development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the BPO industry.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
• Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success.
• Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly.
• Flexible to work on a shifting schedule / Graveyard shift.
