Sr. Software Developer  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

General Functions

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilizes progressive skillsets for Front-End and Back-end Development to meet the software requirements, specifically Javascript, CSS, VueJS 2.0, Android, Firebase Technologies
• Ensures all tickets are fixed within an agreed period of time
• Engages in continuous learning and utilize progressively other skillsets for Software Development, such as but not limited to Web Application Testing, Unit Tests, Mobile Application Testing
• Ensures all development aligned with ticket requirements before submitting to testing
• Maintains clean code when committing code to a repository
• Participates in periodic smoke and regression testing for Web and Mobile Application
• Creates and maintains documentation for development (Database Schema, Existing Dev Requirements)
• Regularly updates his knowledge with the changing requirements of Web and Mobile Application"
• Continually learns and acquires skillsets for Full-Stack Development (Web and Mobile)
• Assists with creating marketing collaterals (website etc.)
• Assists with Production Support (Customer Support and Inquiries)
• Builds and deploys Web and Mobile application
• Participates in Daily Standup Meetings
• Diligently updates Common Board daily or as needed
• Has a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks
• Practices team collaboration effectively
• Always strive to improve, grow and learn more

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Full-stack knowledge both in web and mobile development (Android and iOS).
• Great interest in building mobile applications for Android and iOS;
• Familiar with agile development;
• High standard in UI/UX;
• Superior logical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge in firebase development;
• Knows Java Core, Android Development, HTML5, CSS, Javascript Fundamentals, Github, and Agile Methodology;
• Knowledge of iOS development is a plus
• Has basic knowledge but not required in VueJS2, NoSQL, and Firebase
