Accounting Analyst  

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for monitoring the Company’s Incentive Computation and Validation and supporting the general goals and objective of the company.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and securing the correctness of Journal entries
• Monitoring and reconciliation of costs
• Validation of incentive computation a
• Assist in preparation of journal entries
• Assist in monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of year end closings and accompanying financial reports
• Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
• Manual filing and organizing of transactions
• Examine and verify invoices from suppliers
• Set up payables
• Assist with daily and monthly Treasury tasks
• Preparation of employee incentive
• Maintain and provide information to assist management to make strategic financial decisions
• Various accounting support tasks as required

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
• At least 1-year experience in the field of Accounting
• Has experience in all facets of Accounting
• With strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Understanding of Accounting Computer System (SAP)
• Strong computer skills, in-depth exposure in using MS Applications
• Able to solve problems and meet deadlines
• Comfortable doing multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Well-organized, detail focused, initiative, resourceful, pro-active and self-motivated
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to work extended hours, holidays and on Saturdays
