Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage day to day projects & resource management
- Manages the departmental schedule/timeline
- Creatively contribute to all projects/campaigns
- Occasionally manage the outsourcing of video deliverables to freelancers; monitor the budget for freelance & vendor expenses
- Working closely with Leadership to determine and enforce priorities that maintain the required pace and quality expectations for creative output
- Maintains an open and positive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 3+ years experience and demonstration of success in creative industry (preferable having experience in creative agency or similar company)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills excellent interpersonal skills
- Good English skill (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
- Mastery of time management multitasking and attention to detail
- Capable of providing clear constructive feedback of creative work
- Ability to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment bringing to bear strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritization relying on a clear understanding of company goals and departmental needs
- Ability to work across multiple business units and collaborate with all stakeholders on projects and initiatives
- Ability to quickly master and enthusiastically tackle new challenges
- Diligence in proactively communicating needed information issues and solutions
- A team player and must be willing to leverage and embrace the support from other teams work collaboratively in planning future projects.
