Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sales Strategy and Monthly Sales Growth

  • Formulating and providing a clear and aggressive promotional sales activities to drive revenue and achieve OKR target
  • Having clear of Tinkerlust buyer persona and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to produce various initiatives that can drive Tinkerlust sales leads
  • Responsible for sales forecasting and ensuring all sales initiatives are kept on budget, achievable, and meet health margins
  • Monitoring sales team achievements on a regular basis with the Analyst team to find out whether the sales condition is on a risk or exceeding position

Create, Develop, and Oversee All SOPs & Work Systems in the Sales Team

  • Establish and benchmark OKR and KPI target with Analyst & HR team
  • Create clear SOPs for All PSA (Personal Sales Assistant) to reach more potential buyers by setting contact targets per day, conversion rate, and range transactions per month and overseeing each PSA's performance in achieving these targets
  • Working closely with Analyst team to develop and maintain Sales dashboard to see all Sales activities carried out by each PSA
  • Establish routine sales achievement monitoring and encourage each sales member to achieve more targets by providing Sales training & feedback on their performance
  • Create and develop cross-departmental SOPs by continuously coordinating with other department leads, especially for parties that have a lot of contact with Sales team

Fully Effort to Achieve Sales Target

  • Actively involved in generating sales streams by maximizing the potential of the database you have and expanding Tinkerlust's buyer segmentation
  • Deploy and maintain data validation through Freshchat & other CRM System deployment to track PSAs' performances against target
  • Strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions to achieve Tinkerlust sales goals.
  • Establish new sales channels and strategize offline sales activation
  • Conduct regular training to boost PSA performance
  • Working closely with Analyst & HR team to create and carry out a reward system for PSA in accordance with the applicable TnC

Offline Store Management

  • Manage and coach Sales team to build sustainable client relationships
  • Create store activation plan to drive traffic and in-store conversion
  • Directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring Tinkerlust store’s operational activities (stock-opname mechanism, visual merchandising) and budget
  • Responsible for recruiting and building highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams by providing regular feedback on their personal growth and ensuring that they have detailed development plans to drive their careers at Tinkerlust further

Selling Commerce

  • Initiate local & global selling commerce expansion
  • Create appropriate pricing strategy for each channels
  • Establish operational SOP, workflow & monitoring system

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • 5 years experience in the Luxury Goods Industry, knowledgeable in fashion, and having expertise in store management is a plus point
  • Experience working as Head of Sales, Sales Lead, or other similar role in fashion and/or e-commerce industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing and have an established strong relationship with luxury potential buyers
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in driving the success of business growth with a proof in achieving sales target and driving sustainable revenue
  • Results oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and decisiveness
  • Strong team player and collaborator, comfortable with fast and fluid environments, good team player
  • Have a strong leadership
  • Have attention to detail and strong sales-communication skills
  • Excellent with handling data to creatively obtain, analyze, and derive actionable insight
