Responsibilities:
- Generate leads regularly and pro-actively outreach to clients and prospect clients
- Generate new business opportunities through Stellar various assets and channels
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales target
- Actively participating in sales calls and driving additional revenue through new revenue streams
- Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops strategy to continue to grow Stellar market
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their objectives and needs
- Keep up with the current trend of new business opportunities
- Create presentation and provide supporting materials for pitching purposes to be presented to prospective clients and maintain frequent communication with clients
- Develop and deliver proposals that result in successful partnerships with focus on creative and solution oriented
- Supervise media and community partnerships to support events and gain exposure
- Having experience in handling offline or online events
- Conduct research and strategic analysis including market research, event sponsorship trends, competitor analysis, etc
- Negotiate agreements with clients and partners
- Maintain database of clients, partners, and prospects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A woman with minimum 5-years experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
- Having experience working in an agency or community is a plus
- Have a good understanding of client behavior and needs analysis, as well as best practices in sales and account management
- Have attention to details, good presentation skills, an ability to create a pitch deck, and a good negotiation skill
- Have a good understanding of media partnership landscape and business opportunity in Indonesia and best practices within the women industry
- Excellent with handling data to creatively obtain, analyze, and derive insight
