- Engage good relationships with existing Exclusive Sellers (ES).
- Approach potential clients to join Tinkerlust as ES.
- Manage ES data and provide insights regularly on ES sales conversion and performance.
- Assist team to set up monthly campaign for Seller Competition
- Support merchandiser team in creating and managing demand planning
- Research competitive sites for category projects as needed to help better understand the competitive landscape
- Maintain master assortment sheets for all categories and complete data entry responsibilities as needed
- Provide general administrative and functional support to the E-Commerce Merchandising Team
- Work closely with the operation and merchandising team in achieving the maximum efficiency.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduates or final year students from Fashion, Communication or any relevant field.
- Interested in Fashion Commerce Industry
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices related to commerce.
- Excellent with handling data, able to creatively obtain, analyze, and derive insight from data.
- Highly collaborative and a good team player.
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a face paced startup environment.
- Able to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Good knowledge or experience working with eCommerce business models is a plus.
- Available for a 6 months internship.
