- Create Sales
- Achieve Sales Target Monthly
- Selling products directly to customers
- Generating leads
- Create sales opportunities short & long run
- Grow Database
- Achieve New Customer Target Monthly
- Approach by whatsapp / email / instagram dm
- Create spreadsheet & divide luxury account
- Reaching out to Customer outside Jakarta
- Account Management
- Catering customer wants & needs
- Maintain Relationship with customers : greetings, offer new products, info promos, etc.
- After sales service : offer to sell back product if they no longer wants to use, discount code, info them that we could help selling their preloved item
- Assisting customers if they’re looking for a product that is not available on the website (offer to pre-order / ask MD to find it)
- Offer Solution to customer that would lead to sales
- Assist Sales Activity Offline
- Personal approach through whatsapp chat
- Manage & update end buyer’s sales channel groups
- Provide details of products to customers
- Room for negotiation is possible
- Assist customized order
- Offering other similar products for canceled order (collaborative with CS team)
- Assist Sales Activity Online
- Assisting view by appointment / cod
- Assisting customized sales services
- Assisting Bazaar / Garage Sale
- Assist any kind of offline events leads to sales as the goal
- Provide Sales Report
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge in luxury product is a must
- Past experience working with luxury brands
- Must have client database
- High driven person
- Good communication skills
- Able to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once
- Willing to do administrative job
