Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Processing of daily transactions ex. disbursements, invoicing, collection, receipting, and other necessary transactions
- Handling the Procure to Pay Process including but not limited to Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets; including preparation of applicable tax forms
- Maintenance of various finance monitoring files
- Processing of all other book-keeping records such as provisions, accruals and depreciations
- Preparing, maintaining and keeping the accounting documents and records updated
- Assists in the reconciliation of accounts e.g. bank recon, loans and receivables, pre-payments, and accounts payable
- Assistance in the year-end local audit such as preparation of audit schedules and responding to external auditor’s queries
- Assisting with the preparation of budget forecasts
- Monitoring and receiving requests for Cash & Salary Advances plus preparation and validation of liquidation summaries
- Assisting Supervisor and Manager with the needed documents and information
- Preparing any other financial reports as needed
- Recommend improvements as required, to ensure accurate, complete, and timely accounting in compliance with applicable generally accepted accounting principles, policies, and practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1-2 years of meaningful working experience in accounting and/or finance
- Ideally with previous experience as Accounts Payable staff
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly trustworthy and extremely organized
- Required Languages: English, Filipino
