As a Sr. People Generalist, you are responsible for various people aspects, with a special focus on payroll management and employee relations. You're responsible for implementing and administering payroll activities and benefits administration. You will be handling complex queries, processing and escalations related to benefits and liaises with government agencies to properly address issues. You will also be responsible for handling employee concerns.

You must be able to thrive in an environment where there are constrained resources, and product/market fit is just being established.
What you will do:
- Drive the accurate and timely processing of payroll cycles ((mid-month and end-month)
- Ensure data integrity and oversee payroll reporting
- Handle payroll inquiries, government reports, and staff benefits
- Timely submission of validated reports for payment including monthly expanded and compensation withholding taxes, BIR 2316, Phil Health, Pag-Ibig, SSS
- In charge of validating the alphalist and its submission to BIR prior to due date
- Provide training and guidance on benefits and payroll requirements
- Manage staff deductions including loans, HMO, accident insurance
- Maintain a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues
You will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in revolutionizing Compensation & Benefits in the Philippines
- A proven track record of success in Employee Relations
- An in-depth understanding of Philippine Labor Law
- Experience in successfully transitioning payroll from outsourcing to in-house operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills that can captivate an audience
- A talent for making smart decisions with confidence
- An ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly with regional teams
- A strong sense of discretion when it comes to sensitive information
