Product Designer - Fintech Startup  

Our client is a fintech startup, which operates to ease loan process. As the Product Designer of our client's company, you’ll be working closely with the Product Owner and will be responsible to:

• Structure and solve UIUX problems into designs
• Develop Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi designs using common toolkits for both mobile and responsive web
• Present the design ideas and solution to the team
• Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability tests, releases, and monitor the impact after the product release
• Develop design systems for reusable components
• Conduct market research / benchmark to maintain up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Contribute to the sprint cadence discussion

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product design (preferably in the Fintech or lending industry)
• Experience in working in a start-up environment
• Experience in the implementation of design fundamentals such as design thinking framework and other frameworks to develop products
• Good knowledge in design system, experience in developing one is a big plus
• Able to sketch the ideas into wireframes, learn how to make wireflow, and do wireframing for well-defined features
• Able to develop Hi-Fi designs and assets to be used in development sprints
• Hands-on experience in utilizing design tools such as Miro, Figma, Figjam, Overflow, Sketch, and other wireframing tools
• Excellent organizational skills, project management, and collaborative teamwork with a wide range of stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing multi-users admin panel / dashboard
• Familiar with data and basic analytics tools and can identify problem areas, further map out the user journey, and break these problems into smaller chunks
• Knowledge in design validation, either through quantitative or qualitative research
