Branch Manager (Medan & Malang)

Our client is a well established Bank who has been presence in the market for more than a decade. They are one of the leading players in the Banking industry. Currently, they are looking for a Branch Manager to join their growing team.

Below is the job description for the role :

• Plan, direct, manage and coordinate the activities of formulating strategies, work plans, improving the performance of the marketing team, developing the TBU business and restructuring marketing personnel, to ensure the achievement of predetermined business targets
• Identifying marketing and operational problems encountered and finding solutions to solve problems so that potential problems can be addressed before problems occur
• Review all marketing activities that have been carried out and the achievement of marketing activities (profit and loss) on a weekly and monthly basis
• Assessing and analyzing the development and needs of human resources in Branch Offices and offices under their authority (Sub-Branch Offices and Cash Offices)
• Hold weekly meetings with the Head of Operation, Sub Branch Manager, Micro Marketing Manager, Supervisor, Relationship Manager, Cash Office Manager and Financing Sales Officer

Below is the summary of the requirements for this role :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sub Branch Manager
• Graduated from a reputable University with any disciplines
• Have AAJI, UKMR, and Waperd Certificate
• Have the ability to lead (Coaching, Leadership)
• Have negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to increase sales
• Domiciled in Medan or Malang
