Senior Sales Manager (Jakarta, Bandung, or Medan)

Our client is a well established Bank who has been presence in the market for more than a decade. They are one of the leading players in the Banking industry. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team.

Below is the job description for the role :

• Plan a marketing strategy for funding products and wealth product
• Negotiate funding products and wealth products to customers
• Lead the sales team in achieving the target number of customers that have been determined
• Develop the knowledge, abilities and skills of the sales team in carrying out sales activities for funding products and wealth products
• Monitor team achievements and sales activities periodically and determine follow-up and plan further sales activities to increase sales based on existing business opportunities

Below is the summary of the requirements for this role :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking Marketing (Funding, Investment, Bancassurance)
• Graduated from a reputable University with any disciplines
• Have AAJI and Waperd Certificate
• Have the ability to lead (Coaching, Leadership)
• Have negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to increase sales
• Domiciled in Jakarta, Bandung, or Medan
