SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region. We are currently hiring for our portfolio companies.
One of our client in Big Plastic Manufacture in Indonesia looking for a Sales Director that will be responsible for:
- Execute business plan to achieve revenue target
- Build strong sales team consist of hunter and farmer
- Strategizing new product development and implementation
- Systemize sales process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 15 years working experience with strong exposure in B2B sales in established manufacturing companies
- Proven track record in managing sales team
- Result and Team Work oriented
- Agile
- Preferably some experiences in Manufacture Industry, have experienced in Plastic/Paper Manufacture is a poin plus
- Highly sales driven, analytical and hands on at the same time.
