Scrum Master  

SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region. We are currently hiring for one of our clients.

Our client is a investment startup company (affiliated with conglomeracy company). Currently, they are looking for a Scrum Master

Below is the job description for the role :

• Strengthen teams understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts and principles
• Facilitates the scrum process, protects the team from interference, and removes obstacles to deliver the sprint goal.
• Ensure Scrum practices are used and improved within and across teams
• Identify trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner

Notes : This position can be done remotely (WFA)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information System / Business with GPA > 3,00
• Having certification of Scrum Master (ISM II / PSM II) is preferable, or a Certified Scrum Practicioner/ Coach (CSP or CSC)
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Ability to work with large teams
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Working knowledge of product development architecture is preferable
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
