Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns
- Leverage the design thinking process to gather insight and craft innovative experiences.
- Plan, think, design how user interact with the product from build wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Excellent research skills, including the ability to conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Have a designer’s mindset - a critical and analytical thinker
- Experience in UI/UX design, with a good eye for typography, color, and layout
- Experience in designing for mobile and web applications
- Have experience designing using Sketch, Zeplin, Figma, Adobe XD and other design tools if any
- Have UI/UX experience
