Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Officer  

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Officer is responsible for the over-all development and execution of social media campaign and online initiatives of the RPG brands. Must be able to develop online programs to the target social media audience (FB , IG, TikTok ) in alignment with each of the brand’s direction/strategy as well as manage and grow the relevant ecomm platform presence of RPG brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Collaborate with the respective brands for online content planning and development
Ø Build and strengthen the social media presence of each brand based on a well-curated content (original copy, videos, images among others) designed to grow the respective brand’s online community
Ø Continuously improve the respective brand online metrics by capturing/monitoring and analyzing the corresponding social media analytics, insights and best practices and benchmarking on relevant platforms/pages to optimize the brand’s online presence
Ø Ensures compliance to the respective brand guidelines at all times
Ø Ensure presence of RPG brand sin relevant ecomm platforms and achieve agreed sales target
Ø Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Division Manager from time to time

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of a 4year course ideally with a degree of Communication Arts or related-course from a reputable college or university
• Minimum of 6months related-work experience in digital/social-media marketing and ecommerce

Ø Competencies:
a. Basic know-how and skills on photoshop, storyboard development and production including photography and short- video creation/production
b. Good understanding of digital and social media marketing
c. Excellent collaboration skills
