Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Talent Recruitment role will interact with creators/streamers/talent in the esports industry. Acts professionally while representing the team internally and externally and to oversee the business dealings of various talents.
- Drafts potential talent lists for brand campaigns in an effort to support the Marketing team whenever needed. Maintain internal talent documents to reference in responding to team member requests.
- Create, oversee, ensure proper implementation and evaluate processes and results of Talent Recruitment.
- Support creation, development and streamlining of Talent recruitment process; This includes specific criteria for platforms, templates, deliberation agenda and panel selection.
- Ensure continuous pipeline of talent applicants for various platforms via online announcements, postings, social media groups and on-ground events.
- Create and implement targeted recruitment/ acquisition strategies
- Create, implement and oversee strategies and process of New Talent. This includes facilitating contracts, conducting orientations, mid and final talent performance evaluations and interventions.
- Deliver continuous Recruitment cycle activities: (Mass and mini recruitment events, Team meetings, Team reports.
- Pro-actively update Head of Talent Recruitment activities, results, concerns and solutions.
- Manages day to day outreach within RUMBLE ROYALE & the Talent Management team and other duties as assigned from time to time.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 Years Experience working with creators/streamers/talent in the Esports Industry.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, full-time, and has a strong relationship within Esports Industry and social media for Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the streamer landscape, including how the business works and the status, roles, and importance of different creators.
- Has a strong commitment to working the hours needed to interact with the talent to meet the deadlines/ KPI of partners and clients in the 24-hour eSports space.
- Has excellent pitching abilities.
- With entertainment industry knowledge.
- Has the ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
- With strong marketing knowledge
