Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Defines project scope and objectives.

· Develop functional and system / software requirements from information gathered from a variety of sources (e.g. user meetings etc.) for the purpose of documenting/interpreting user needs, identifying needed data structures and creating a working plan/technical design to develop/change systems as assigned.

· Develops Functional Technical Specifications for the company’s projects on system development, customer/client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and distributor effectiveness.

· Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting within P0 SLA

· Assist business users in troubleshooting software application issues within non-P0 SLA

· Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements within non-P0 SLA

· Continuously produce system documentation for new and existing applications.

· Understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry by putting them on paper in a language that is understandable by both developers and end users.

· Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

· Maintains harmonious relationship with both Business Users and Technical Team

· Increase customer satisfaction by encouraging feedback from business users

· Performs escalation as needed to the technical team in order to meet IT application services SLA

· Conducts continuous training on use of applications and systems

Systems Development

· Participates in various planning and development activities (e.g. planning meetings, user meetings, etc.) for the purpose of assisting in creating short and long term plans along with the IT Support Manager.

· Prepares workflows, data flow diagrams and flowcharts in order to document existing and to-be business processes

· Writes code, maintains and modifies standalone programs and/or vendor supplied systems. Design, code, test, debug, and document program specifications.

· Works closely with technical team and business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes.

· Reviews, analyses, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

· Coordinates the development of all approved versions of business and functional specifications for specified applications. Reviews use cases and other technical documents with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents.

· Assist and participate in problem analysis and recommend long term solutions to existing procedures, parameter set-up, system configuration, and application programs.

· Understand report requirements from users and be able to formulate specific reports that will aid in timely decision making of business users

Quality Assurance and Testing

· Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, end user test plans and other QA assessments.

· Leads testing efforts. Coordinates with functional heads in the creation of testing teams (in conjunction with the PM).

· Responsible for the creation of System Test Plan (ST/SIT) creation and coordinates creation of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans.

· Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

· Works with client personnel to identify required changes.

· Communicates needed changes to development team.

· Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according the standards agreed upon by the business unit and IT.

· Ensures that all documentation accurately reflects the current status of changes and outstanding issues so that business requirements reflect application features and functions.

· Manages specific application quality assurance and help desk activities including the tracking of bug reports and change requests and ensuring their timely resolution.

· Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management software.

· Coordinates with groups of business personnel who test, evaluate and validate new functions and applications, and identify issues in software or services.

· Analyses discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for updates.

· Provides final signoff to the IT project manager to release code to production.

· Ensures continuing operational quality by documenting bug fixes and enhancements assigning tasks to developers, testing and releasing updates.

Management & Reporting
· Prepares and submits progress status reports for proper monitoring and controlling.

· Prepare and submit timesheet, resource allocation reports and other reports in a timely manner as required by IT Department Head and/or Regional office.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Experience/Qualifications

· Tertiary Education (pref B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any IT-related course.

· 5 years working experience in system analysis, design, programming and functional support.

· With a minimum of 2 years hands-on functional role specifically in SAP FRE/MM/FI/PS, preferably in Real-Estate industry.

· Process and Functional support skills preferably on area of Leasing, Finance/Controlling, Treasury, Accounting and Purchasing

· Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including the designing and documenting detailed process flows, and the development of operational performance and quality metric standards and reports.

· Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.

· Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.

· Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.

· Works within occasional pressure and with minimum supervision

· Can work well with all levels in the organization

Excellent verbal and written English communication.
