Corporate Sales Executive  

Main Job Description:

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for selling and promoting Robinsons Homes projects primarily to Robinsons Land Corporation and Gokongwei Group Companies.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships by effectively and efficiently handling all sales inquiries from RLC and Gokongwei Group Companies
• Facilitate Sales Presentations up to Closing and Sales Booking
• Initiate and organize sales activities, corporate tie-ups and projects to hit the sales target for Corporate Sales.
• Create Sales Report
• Promote and sell Robinsons Homes projects
• Organize and initiate sales events and corporate tie-ups
• Handle client inquiries efficiently
• Helps in identifying new business client prospects
• Operating with the highest standards of personal integrity at all times

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates will be considered for the job but progressive experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with a broad range of individuals, develop rapport and build business relationships quickly and effectively.
• Must be able to maintain focus while multi-tasking in a competitive, high-energy environment.
