Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure service excellence for Customers, set and communicate team goals and strategies which align with the company vision.
- Capture and analyze the voice of Customers and liaise with the internal Customer Care team and/or other related parties.
- Provide feedback to Customer Care regarding program/campaign in a form of feeding materials, T&C, and mechanics to prepare for a program/campaign.
- Train and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to ensure high quality service and productivity.
- Develop and implement procedures to support Customer Care in maintaining post-program and campaign potential issues, by being involved in the pre-program and campaign process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, business management or relevant fields.
- 3+ years relevant work experience in customer experience / customer acquisition.
- Experienced leveraging data & analytics to drive design of customer acquisition strategy.
- Having strategic thinking to achieve Contact Center metrics both from Process and People.
- Strong willingness to learn new things and take up new challenges or having proven agility.
- Deep understanding of customer experience and customer journey
- Prior experience leading customer experience teams.
- Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written).
